San Bernardino County is offering marriage ceremonies at Calico Ghost Town on Halloween; the county said services will run Saturday, Oct. 31, from noon to 5 p.m.
Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk Josie Gonzales invited couples to attend; she said, "Calico is already a special place, but celebrating your wedding here on Halloween makes it even more unforgettable."
Beahta Davis, director of Regional Parks, said, "Regional Parks is both humbled and excited to host weddings at Calico Ghost Town Regional Park on Halloween day."
The county said the event is the third annual Halloween Marriage Services and that couples should schedule early because the event is expected to sell out; the last day to schedule an appointment is Friday, Oct. 23.
Couples should reserve a marriage ceremony by calling 855-732-2575; the county gave the park address as 36600 Ghost Town Road in Yermo.
Park admission applies: adults 12 and older $15; youth ages 4–11 $10; children 3 and under free; parking is free. The county said there is no limit to party size but each person must pay the applicable park entrance fee.
Guests can prepay park admission at bit.ly/4p02crx. Information about marriage licenses, required documentation and fees is available at arc.sbcounty.gov/marriage.
