Notable items include AB 2017, "State holidays: Eid," which the governor’s office said adds Eid to the list of state holidays; that will change the official state holiday calendar and affect how state agencies schedule closures and observances.

The governor signed AB 2348, "Medi-Cal: enhanced care management and community supports," and AB 350, "Health care coverage: fluoride treatments," which the governor’s office said expand coverage options under state health programs; Californians who rely on Medi-Cal or who use covered dental and preventive services are the most directly affected.

The package includes AB 431, "Advanced Air Mobility Infrastructure Act," which the governor’s office said establishes policy for advanced air mobility infrastructure; the law aims to clear regulatory and planning obstacles for emerging air taxi and drone-support systems.

The governor also signed tenant and housing-related bills such as AB 2118, the Affordable Housing and High Road Jobs Act implementation measure, and AB 2025, "Tenancy: digitally altered images," which the governor’s office said requires disclosure when images of rental units are digitally altered; that will change what landlords and platforms must disclose in listings.
