The County of Orange announced mobile wedding ceremonies at Ralph B. Clark Regional Park in Buena Park on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026.

Chair will sponsor marriage license and civil ceremony fees for two preselected couples and will personally officiate both ceremonies, the county said.

“Orange County's regional parks are places where families come together and create lasting memories,” said Chair Doug Chaffee, Fourth District Supervisor. “I'm proud to sponsor and officiate these wedding ceremonies.”

“El Niño or not, love ties the knot!” said Orange County Clerk‑Recorder Hugh Nguyen. The county said the Clerk‑Recorder on Wheels mobile unit will be on-site to provide vital records services, fictitious business name filings and copies of property records.

Marriage services at the event are limited to the two preselected couples; no walk-in marriage services will be available, the county said. The first wedding ceremony is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and the Fourth District Kids Fishing Derby will run 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The park is at 8800 Rosecrans Avenue in Buena Park. For questions, the Clerk-Recorder's information line is (714) 834-2500, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and details are at OCRECORDER.COM, the county said.
