The County of Riverside announced on September 22, 2026, that Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District (RivCoParks) is seeking public feedback for its Long Range Facilities Master Plan (LRFMP); the announcement is a RivCo press release.

The people who visit and enjoy our parks bring valuable perspectives about what is working well, what may be needed and where opportunities exist for the future. We want this plan to reflect the communities we serve and provide a thoughtful framework for the years ahead.”

What the County released is a call for input and a timetable for outreach; it does not yet list specific projects, costs, or a final schedule for implementation.
