San Bernardino County Behavioral Health invited residents, families, providers and community partners to review and comment on an Intermittent Update to its Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Integrated Plan; the county opened a public comment period that closes Nov. 9, 2026.

The BHSA Integrated Plan guides county investments in behavioral health services, housing and supports from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029; the county said the Intermittent Update lets it adjust programs, funding and services as community needs evolve.

The county said the current update includes two new housing development projects that will add 98 units, program realignments to better reflect how services are being delivered, and updates to funding allocations.

To review the Intermittent Update and submit comments, the county directed readers to wp.sbcounty.gov/dbh/programs/bhsa/; comment forms are available in English and Spanish.

For translation or interpretation services, disability accommodations or other questions the county provided phone and email contacts: 800-722-9866 (TTY users dial 7-1-1) and bhsa@dbh.sbcounty.gov.

Community feedback will inform county priorities and help shape how BHSA funds are allocated; residents who want to influence housing or program decisions should submit comments by Nov. 9, 2026.

The county did not include project locations or construction timelines in the announcement.
